| 4. Project Path Selection | Here we will decide between one of two paths: 1. Proposal Project– A fixed-scope engagement with clearly defined deliverables, timeline, and cost. Ideal for well-scoped initiatives. 2. Time and Materials – A flexible, adaptive model suited for evolving projects, ongoing development, or exploratory work. Billing is based on actual time and resources used. |

Based on your unique requirements and specifications, JDE Code Brew crafts a tailored solution—modular, scalable, and built to perform. Every line of code is poured with precision, ensuring your system is both robust and refined. |
| 7. Testing | To ensure that the solution is reliable, functional validations, walkthroughs, and and quality control tests are performed. |
| 8. Delivery | Your brew is ready! This will include software and any relevant documentation to support the use of the delivered software. |
* For projects requiring significant upfront research or scoping, an initial discovery fee may be applied. This fee covers the time and expertise needed to draft a tailored proposal and roadmap. If the client proceeds with the project, the discovery fee will be credited toward the final cost. Whether a discovery fee is applicable will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on project complexity and scope clarity.
